Cancellation Policy
Welcome! This policy is designed to help you understand how we work together, what to expect at each stage of your journey, and how to honour the sacred time and energy we share. It is not a legal document, but a guide for a smooth and transformative experience. 💫 Discovery Call The discovery call is a 30–45 minute conversation to explore your desires, challenges, and whether our work together is the right fit. Please come prepared to share honestly about your goals and experiences. The more authentic you are, the more aligned and potent your journey can be. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. 🌹 Taste Test / Trial Session The taste test is a shorter session designed to experience a sample of my coaching style and approach. Arrive ready with water, a journal, and a comfortable space to engage fully. Optional exercises may be suggested to deepen your experience. This session is also subject to a 24-hour cancellation notice. 🌟 Coaching Packages Be present: Show up ready, prepared, and fully engaged. Bring water, a journal, comfortable surroundings, and any materials previously advised. Honesty & authenticity: Your transformation depends on your willingness to show up fully. The more you give yourself to the process, the more profound your results will be. Homeplay & integration: Optional exercises may be suggested between sessions to deepen learning and embodiment. These are never required, but can enhance your journey. Mutual respect for time: Punctuality ensures we can dive deeply without distraction. 🌸 Refund & Cancellation Policy Completed Sessions: There are no refunds for coaching sessions that have already taken place. Cancellations: Please cancel scheduled sessions at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged in full. Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions rescheduled within 24 hours may not be accommodated and could be forfeited.
