The process is grounded in science backed health and wellbeing practises such as Breath-work and Kundalini Yoga. Teamed with  Eastern philosophy, contemporary art theory, embodied experience and a delightful does of modern mysticism.


Yoga and dance offer numerous health benefits for the body, mind, and spirit. Both practices promote flexibility, strength, and balance, enhancing overall physical fitness. They also contribute to stress reduction, improved mood, and mental well-being by incorporating mindfulness and relaxation techniques. Additionally, yoga and dance support cardiovascular health, boost immune function, and aid in weight management. Moreover, these practices foster self-expression, creativity, and self-confidence, promoting holistic health and vitality. Yoga and dance facilitate the return of life force energy to its natural state of flow through movement, breath, and mindful awareness. In yoga, various postures (asanas) and sequences are designed to open energy channels (nadis) and remove blockages, allowing prana (life force energy) to flow freely throughout the body. By engaging in these practices regularly, individuals can release stagnant energy, balance their energetic system, and align with the natural rhythm of life force energy, leading to greater vitality and well-being.


The breath is a simple tool that we have access to in every moment yet we often take it for granted or don’t know how to utilise it for its full capacity. Pranayama, or breath practices, hold profound benefits for our well-being by serving as a gateway to the restoration. Through intentional and controlled breathing techniques, pranayama encourages a deeper connection with the breath, promoting relaxation and stress reduction. This mindful engagement with the breath enhances oxygenation of the body, nourishing cells and vital organs. The rhythmic inhalations and exhalations also stimulate the flow of prana, the life force energy, throughout the body, clearing energetic blockages and promoting a balanced and revitalized state. Regular practice of pranayama cultivates a heightened awareness of the breath's role in maintaining physical, mental, and emotional well-being, fostering a harmonious alignment of the body's vital energies and contributing to an overall sense of vitality and flow.

Love tunnels, where individuals express love and appreciation to each other, further enhance this connection by fostering a sense of unity and shared experience. Through these practices, we strengthen our social bonds, reduce feelings of isolation, and promote emotional resilience, contributing to overall health and well-being.


Sound has long been recognised as a powerful tool for healing, capable of inducing deep relaxation and facilitating the body's transition into a theta brainwave state, known as our rest and restore mode. Everything in the universe, including our bodies, is made of vibration, and utilizing sound can help bring us into a harmonic state of being. Whether through the resonance of crystal singing bowls, the soothing melodies of instruments, or the power of our own voice, sound can help release pent-up emotions and stagnant energy, promoting emotional release and inner balance. By immersing ourselves in sound, we can tap into its transformative potential, allowing it to resonate within us and guide us towards greater states of well-being and harmony.


Kundalini is the innate life force energy within you and activating it is your birthright. The yogis say the energy is stored at the base of the spine and when activated the energy moves through the chakra system. Resulting in a transformational process that sheds limitation and reveals the numinous/ truth within us. So we may claim our self sovereignty, embody our true nature, live our life's full potential and welcome more bliss, joy and connection.

Kundalini Energy Activation

Kundalini energy activation is a process where a practitioner supports the life force energy within you to activate. This may look like working on your energetic feild, speaking in light langauge, pressing or tapping gently on different points of the body. The experience leads to profound benefits including accessing the neutral mind, moving from fear to love and expanded states of conciousness.
